Elin Hansson är utbildad socionom vid Karlstads Universitet och utbildad kundaliniyogalärare, enligt Yogi Bhajan, på Yogainstitutet år 2018-19. En internationell kundaliniyoga utbildning med lärare som Sada Sat Kaur från Italien/USA, Dharma Singh från Tyskland, Charlotte Åström från Stockholm och Birgitta Hedman från Karlstad. I utbildningen ingick även medicinsk yoga med sjukgymnast Monica Holm. Elin har dessutom gått en gongutbildning med läraren Birgitta Hedman, 2018.
Elin förmedlar yogan med ett lugn och en trygghet samt uppmanar dig till att komma i kontakt med din inre styrka för att kunna leva ditt liv på bästa sätt utifrån dina unika förutsättningar. Yogan är ett verktyg för att hantera vardagen och det som sker genom livet på ett bättre sätt. Elin tycker att yogan har gett henne ett behagligt inre lugn och vill dela med sig av detta verktyg till fler som behöver det.
