Paula Abusleme, Holistic nurse. Through her own personal healing process and working as a nurse in a big Hospital in Chile she felt motivated to study why there is so much suffering and diseases. A more holistic approach of health and wellness was needed! So she navigated into other disciplines and knowledge to find a vision and ways to improve her own life and other’s. She became an Ayurvedic medicine, She did a formation to facilitate healing processes from systematic perspective (family constellations) she is an ovarian breathing teacher. Lately she has studying the neuroscientific base of spirituality, health and trauma, diploma on Neurosciences (Learning approach) and studying by herself, through herself.

We are an holistic being, all our systems are interconnected, we need to integrate all our parts and help them to work coherently as they already know how to, then joy arises.

She says: "My life has changed and improved so deeply with all this wisdom and techniques that I want to dedicate my work and time to share all this, from huge love and gratitude."
