You know that grounded, open feeling that comes from a good yoga or movement practice?

This workshop is about bringing that same quality of presence into how you connect with others.

 

Alive and Connected is a 3-hour workshop where we slow down, wake up the body and explore practices that bring us into deeper contact with ourselves and each other.

 

You’ll be invited to say hello to and welcome everything you feel in your body, and to meet yourself and others from that place. Through simple embodied and relational practices, we’ll explore how to stay connected to yourself while meeting another, inviting more authenticity, depth and aliveness in your relationships.

 

Through gentle movement, touch, sharing and group connection, you’ll:

꩜ Practise authentic communication and deep listening

꩜ Discover how to set and respect boundaries

꩜ Experience the joy and nourishment of real human connection

 

All are warmly welcome. No experience needed.

ABOUT KARIS MAE


Karis is on a mission to bring more connection in the world. She is a certified trauma-informed spaceholder, an authenticity advocate and connection nerd. Her passion is to get to the heart of being human; to dive into the depths of relating where authenticity and vulnerability meet.

Her group work centres on intimacy, relating, self-love and embodied consent. She brings a warm, grounded presence and a practical, no-nonsense approach that helps people feel safe enough to go deep.


Karis is a graduate of The Field Facilitator Training, has trained with intimacy expert Jan Day, consent educator Matthias Schwenteck and HeartIQ circle work founder Christian Pankhurst. Her spiritual and personal development path spans over 15 years, drawing from yoga, tantra, meditation, satsang, radical honesty, embodiment, somatic consent and authentic relating.
