This is an integrative approach combining Somatic Experiencing (trauma therapy), Attachement Theory and Family Constellation.

Moving from patterns of protection to patterns of connection. 

Two days of systemic work where we explore our family dynamics through different generations. You can either join with your own constellation or as a representative.
We end the last day with some ancestral ritual group work.
