This experiential workshop contrasts the practical and theoretical methodologies of Shamanic practice, Yogic Sadhanas and the Kundalini phenomenon.

We will look at how these realities relate to more conventional yogic models as we explore some of these practices:

Journeying to the Ice Cave, the Dome of Light, the Upper World, the Instinctual Self, the Luminous Cocoon, the Navel Point, the Merkebah, the Body of Light, the Assemblage Point,  Spirit Guides, Power Animals, Journeying to the Lower World, Receiving Medicine, Recapitulation and the Circle of Counsel. 

And how and where do Gurus fit in to all of this?

 

Guru Dharam has been teaching practical metaphysics for over 40 years sharing authentic teachings with clarity and impact.  He is a lead Kundalini Yoga teacher trainer and co-author of the book ‘The Kundalini Yoga Experience’. His formal qualifications in Traditional Chinese Medicine have been complemented by postgraduate interdisciplinary study of indigenous healing disciplines: Kabbalah, Meso-American Shamanic Dreaming, West African healing practice, White Lotus healing, Black Hat Feng Shui and the Red Thread empowerments. Guru Dharam is the co-founder of i-SKY and the director of the Sacred Yoga Therapy Training, a safe, effective and therapeutic complement to the mechanics of western medical practice. The program is informed by his experience helping to empower many thousands of people toward a healthier and happier life.

 

Guru Dharam is a well-known yogi with a lot of experience around the world so we are very happy that he now come to Karlstad and revisit us. Last time was in 2009.
